-8 cups of chicken broth -2
lemongrass or 2 teaspoons of lemon chopped and freeze

kefir leaves 1 inch piece fresh ginger cut into thin slices
-2 bird chilies, sliced (I put myself in the Asian hot sauce)
30 mL fish sauce
-22.5 ml sugar -1 cup sliced shitake mushrooms (I put my mushrooms paris)
-500g shrimp-lime juice, fresh cilantro and green onions for garnish (optional)
Bring the broth to a boil
Add lemongrass, kefir leaves, ginger and chilli
Reduce heat and simmer gently 15 minutes
Remove leaves and lemongrass kefir
Add la sauce de poisson, le sucre et les champignons
Amener à frémissement et poursuivre la cuisson 5 minutes
Ajouter les crevettes et poursuivre la cuisson 8 minutes ou jusqu'à ce que les crevettes soient cuites
Retirer du feu servir avec les garnitures
