

A little recipe I concocted by chance!
BARLEY CASSEROLE CREAMY HAM AND
-2 1 / 2 cups cooked barley talked (about 3 / 4 cup dry barley)
-3 cups of cubed ham
-1 to 2 carrots -1 to 2 chopped onion slices
-1 / 2 c to tea each: basil, oregano and parsley
-1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped-pepper
-1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom broth
-1 bte reserved *
Place barley in an 8-inch square dish
Book Place ham, vegetables and seasonings in a pot
Pour 1 cup water and cook, covered, over medium heat for about 15 minutes or until vegetables are Drain cooked
ham and vegetables, taking care to reserve 10 is liquid
* Spoon mixture on ham barley
Mix soup and broth
Pour over ham and barley
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes
