

A great cake that will please everyone! SPONGE CAKE
PINEAPPLE SAUCE
Mix # 1

eggs -2 cups sugar
-2 tsp vanilla Mix # 2
-2 cups flour -2
teaspoon -2
baking powder teaspoon salt
-150ml of cold water *
sauce with pineapple
-1 can (14 oz) pineapple chunks
-1 / 2 cup syrup Maple
-2 to 4 tbsp cornstarch
Beat the mixer for 4-5 minutes Ingredients mixture # 1 (white eggs with sugar and vanilla)
Add mixture # 2 with cold water
Mix well with mixer 30 seconds
Place in a greased 15x10 inch
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes (do not overcook)
For the sauce boil the pineapple and syrup 3 minutes
Dissolve 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with a little cold water
Add pineapple, stirring well
If sauce is too thin add cornstarch
Serve warm over cake
