
Here is a version of meatloaf different and really delicious. The bread is soft and sweet sauce that accompanies the bread comes to the balance with the salty ham.
MEATLOAF WITH HAM, PINEAPPLE SAUCE
-1 lb. chopped ham
-1 lb. ground veal
-1 -2 eggs -1 small onion chopped carrot grated
-1 / 4 cup oatmeal
-1 / 4 cup bread crumbs
-1 to 2 clove garlic chopped
-1 tbsp Dijon mustard
-1 teaspoon ground ginger -1 tbsp
parsley-pepper sauce
pineapple
-1 can (14 oz) pineapple chunks
-1 tbsp dijon mustard
-1 teaspoon ground ginger
-1 / 4 cup maple syrup
-pepper-corn starch
Mix all the ingredients for meatloaf
Place in a Pyrex loaf pan (or shape into a loaf in a baking dish) Bake in a
preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 1:15 or until the bread is cooked
Meanwhile, make sauce
Place all ingredients (except cornstarch) in a pot and bring to a boil
Mix 2 tablespoons cornstarch in a little cold water and add to sauce
Add more flour if the sauce do not be thick enough
Serve a slice of bread with sauce
