

Another cake chocolate and coffee served with coffee syrup really delicious. For a change I used hazelnut flavored coffee to make this cake.
-1 1 / 2 cups of liquid coffee (me-flavored hazelnuts)
-2 tbsp vinegar
-1 teaspoon vanilla Mix # 1
-1 cup sugar -1
/ 2 cup corn syrup, or maple, or honey
-2 eggs -2 / 3 cup oil Mix # 2
-3 cups flour -1 / 4 cup cocoa
-3 teaspoons baking powder
-1 teaspoon baking soda
Mix coffee, vinegar and vanilla
Book
Mix the ingredients of the mixture to mixer # 1
Add mixture # 2 and the coffee mixture and mix gently
Put the dough in a buttered 10x15 pan or Pyrex tube pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 60 minutes
Cool and serve with coffee syrup
Syrup
coffee -1 cup brown sugar
-1 cup sugar -2 iced
tbsp butter
-1 cup of liquid coffee (me-flavored hazelnuts)
Place ingredients in a pot
Boil gently for about 15-20 minutes or until syrup is slightly thickened
